What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Paypal payments right now.

Do you ship internationally?

A.

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us on our contact us page with your location and we will get it fixed.

Your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by your country.
It is your responsibility to research custom fees before making an order. These fees can be high. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order. altBricks does determine these fees and does NOT profit from them.

You will be required to pay them to receive your package.  If the package is refused and is returned to altBricks we will be happy to make a refund minus the shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.

altBricks wishes these fees didn't exist and apologize for any inconvenience!

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

A.

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

A.

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery)

International Shipping Options:
International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average) - Delivery time varies by country
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery)

How do I track my package?

A.

First Class Mail and Priority Mail are track-able with a Tracking Number for US addresses only. If there is a delayed delivery please contact altBricks and we will track and share that number with you.

For international orders we only have custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!

I was sent the wrong parts or I was sent a defective part.

A.

If you received the wrong parts or the parts we sent you are defective, please do not mail it back to us. Please contact us with the Contact Us form with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. 

Typically we add 2-4 extra elements in the bulk products in case of defects.

Our goal is to NEVER have an unhappy customer!  Without your support and word of mouth marketing we wouldn't have a business!

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please use our Contact Us form and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

A.

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can use our contact us form and we can confirm that the order was placed.

East Peak, LLC. is the legal name of our company. altBricks is our dba ("doing business as...")
